As our guest, you will be staying in a family home. We kindly request that you treat the property with respect.

Check-in and Departure Procedures:

  • Check-in is at 3:00 PM.

  • We kindly request that you depart by 10:00 AM.

During Your Stay:

  • Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests permitted is 8. Outside visitors are not allowed on the property.
  • Pets: Pets are not permitted.
  • Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Our neighbors are very close, and noise travels easily, especially at night.  Excessive noise may result in complaints and potential fines in accordance with local regulations.
  • Events and Commercial Activities: Parties, filming, and other events are strictly prohibited.
  • Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
  • Please note that this property requires the ability to climb stairs.

Additional Guidelines:

  • Respect for Property and Neighbors: We kindly request that you treat the property and surrounding neighborhood with respect.
  • Adherence to Local Regulations: Guests are expected to adhere to all applicable local laws and ordinances.
  • Energy Conservation: We encourage you to conserve energy by turning off lights, AC/ Heat, and appliances when not in use or when leaving the property.
  • Property Damage: Please report any damages to the property immediately upon discovery.
  • Trash and Recycling: Clearly marked bins for trash and recycling are located in the alley for your convenience. Trash pickup is on Tuesdays.

Cancellation Policy

  • For a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.
  • If a cancellation is made between 7 and 30 days prior to check-in, the guest will be charged 50% of the total booking cost.
  • For cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date, the guest will be charged 100% of the total booking cost.

 

Special Consideration: Guests are also eligible for a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of their initial booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before the scheduled check-in date.
